Oranje Juice / Suco de Laranja
Orange juice is a drink produced by extracting the liquid from the orange pulp. Sugar or sweetener can be added to the juice to make it tastier, according to taste. Concentrated juice is commercially available, which requires the addition of water to reconstitute the liquid to the (approximate) state of the original juice. Orange juice is among the most appreciated and consumed, being a good source of vitamin C and other nutrients. Its trade and production involve major financial movements. In the 20th century, Brazil was the largest producer and exporter of concentrated orange juice in the world, with the main industries in the sector in Brazil being: Cutrale, Citrosuco, Citrovita and Louis Dreyfus.
