Whole Chicken / Frango Inteiro (Griller)

Main parts of the chicken: breast, thigh, drumstick and wings [2]. Also included are the heart, gizzards and liver, but these are usually sold separately from the chicken itself. Depending on the cut and the previous preparation, the meat pieces of such birds can be stored in a freezer, for 3 to 6 months.  Chicken meat is surrounded by a skin, which is high in fat and cholesterol. For this reason, health and nutrition professionals recommend removing the skin of the chicken when it is consumed.
